Common Causes

Rotator cuff tears, impingement, bursitis, arthritis, labral injuries, frozen shoulder, fractures.

Symptoms

Pain with lifting or reaching overhead, night pain when lying on the shoulder, weakness, clicking/catching, reduced range of motion.

When to See Us

Persistent pain >2–4 weeks, pain that disrupts sleep, loss of strength, or failure to improve with rest/OTC meds.

Diagnosis Done Right

Targeted physical exam, in-office X-ray, and advanced imaging (ultrasound or MRI) when needed to define soft-tissue damage.

Non-Surgical Relief Options

Physical therapy focused on scapular mechanics + rotator cuff strengthening, anti-inflammatory meds, guided injections (cortisone, biologics), activity modification.

Rotator Cuff Expertise

High-volume surgical team experienced in arthroscopic and open repair, including complex and revision cuff tears.

Shoulder Replacement Options

Anatomic total shoulder for arthritis with intact cuff; Reverse shoulder replacement for severe rotator cuff deficiency, complex arthritis, or failed prior surgery.

Why Reverse?

Do You have any questions?

F.A.Q

Shoulder pain can result from rotator cuff tears, arthritis, instability, or overuse injuries.

We use a physical exam, X-rays, and sometimes an MRI or ultrasound to find the cause of pain.

Options include rest, physical therapy, medications, injections, minimally invasive arthroscopy, or shoulder replacement for severe arthritis.

If pain is severe, your shoulder feels weak or unstable, or non-surgical treatments fail, surgery may restore comfort and motion.
