Two full knee replacements, four years apart... it's not a breeze, but then again it's pretty serious surgery. Take the classes and keep and review all your paperwork regarding knee surgery. Stay informed. The second time around, I invested in the Cold Machine for recovery. What a big difference in recovery time! I also used the OSOC Physical Therapy in Clarkston each time ....so thankful for the experience of Dr. S Kassab..... but Jerry is great too!

I have seen several of the Dr.'s here and they are all excellent at their specialties. Dr, Howard is no exception. He is very knowledgeable and through, I would recommend these Dr.'s for any of your needs. Please read the other reviews they say it better than I can.

Dr.Ames and Kailey Evasic were amazing! I can’t express how impressed I was with our visit. So patient, really took their time with us, explained everything in detail and so thorough…wow! Let me tell you about a wonderful surgeon! Dr. Howard at Orthopedic Specialists of Oakland County did the surgery and post-surgical care for a trimalleolar ankle fracture. The staff and Dr. Howard are very caring, encouraging and great at what they do! I am 100 percent satisfied with the care I received! I highly recommend them.

Ames did my TKA in June 2023. He treated me with compassion & as he would his own family. He does not rush & he explains everything in detail. He has an amazing bedside manner, is compassionate & is extremely talented. Alissa, the physical therapist in the Bloomfield clinic, is absolutely amazing. She evaluated my post-op physical challenges & individualized my care so we could work together on achieving my goals. I couldn’t have gotten to where I am without her or Dr. Ames.

Appreciated Dr. Kassab's straight talk about the ideal age for a joint replacement, compared to the duration that joint replacements will last. I'm relatively young and have activity limitations but based on his consultation, will push off surgery for now. Thanks for helping me think long term...

Dr.Bahu did a fantastic job

Dr Ward did a TKR on my left knee on May 8th and I was walking 5 days later without any aids, no walker, no crutches, no cain and have video to prove it. I attribute this to his skill and the skill of my physical therapist Cathy. I listen to them both, and did the work and it paid off. Sure I still have pain but it's totally bearable and my range of motion increases daily.

I had a surgery and the care that I received from Dr. Howard and everyone in his office and at the Alice Gustafson surgery center was the best. He is kind, compassionate, honest, respectful and a great surgeon. I trusted him from the moment I met him. He takes the time to listen and is very personable, which are very important qualities in a doctor. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Howard. I would definitely recommend him.

Saw Dr. Bahu today for my left shoulder will be discussing a total shoulder replacement in March for possibly April he explained everything very well Very nice doctor never thought about seeing anyone else. Dr.Kassab replaced both my knees about 11 years ago

Everyone the officie was so professional. Dr. Ward was fantastic. He took time with me and looked at me when he explained what I'd go through. He even called me today to see how things were going, pain level, how I was getting around. Would recommend to anyone!!!!

Dr Ward is extremely caring . empathetic, and most anxious to make his patients better. We coul;dn't ask for a more competent surgeon. The concern doesn't end with surgery. Try to find that elsewhere, good liuck! If you are thinking of becoming a poatient that is a wise decision. If you are already a patient you are one of the lucky ones. Many doctors will write an RX and send you on your way when that might not be your best choice. Patients who get an RX feel they got something for their $ . Getting the right diagnosis and treatment is more important.

I love this practice and Dr. Kassab MD. The office is always very clean and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Now about Dr. Kassab, he’s the best, most knowledgeable doctor I know. I have sent many friends to this practice and the other doctors, as well. He is so thorough and professional. Wants to do what’s best and with minimal surgery. I can’t praise him enough.

Dr Bahu and staff are GREAT! I had a shoulder replacement. Everything was explained to me before surgery. The surgery and follow-up were timely and done as said. I had need of a Rx and phoned after hours. I received a timely return call and Rx for pick up. I would highly recommend OSOC.

This was my 6 month post-op visit..almost No waiting in exam room before Dr Bahu entered. Discussed my recovery, made a few suggestions and I was on my way. He always has time to answer my questions and concerns. Great Doc with a great personality.

Dr Bahu had recently performed surgery on my left bicep tendon and this was a follow up visit. My arm feels Robert good 13 days puts surgery. His staff were all very polite and caring. The wait time was very short and after Michael met with me he asked if I would like to Dr Bahu. I said yes an when Dr Bahu came into the room I thanked him for doing such a good surgery. He explained in detail as to what he had done. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent visit.

Had an Achilles repair. Fantastic office staff and had a great experience, ran on time most of the time and never felt that I wasn’t listened to. Recovered very quickly and they adjusted to the speed of my recovery absolutely great place to be treated.

Gerald is a very good PA, This time my numbing shot hurt alittle but my steroid shot in my right knee didn't hurt at all, I just felt it go in & I'm waiting for the pain & he said he was all done, I thought what the heck, it was great ! I would recommend him, he is good at what he does.

Dr Howard did a triple ankle Fusion with bone graft and Lengthening of my Achilles’ tendon, I would highly recommend Dr Howard, he did an excellent job, walking on it pretty good after 11 weeks, also singing praises to his staff, Christian and Ann, they are the Best
